Colourful Radio interview with Artistic Director Sara

Last week our Artistic Director Sara Lee was a guest on Colourful Radio, interviewed by Jacqueline Malcolm on her Jabber Talk show.

In a wonderfully wide-ranging interview, Jacqueline asked Sara about how she came to set-up Music in Prisons and about her musical background, as well as covering the work ITT does with ex-prisoners and young people in the community and forthcoming collaboration with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on the Lullaby Project.

Sara also discussed the international research project she conducted as part of the Winston Churchill Travel Fellowships, visiting prison arts projects in Norway and the US to see what could be learned in the UK (you can read Sara’s report on it here).
