Food for Thought; Making Tracks participants reflect on youth violence

We recently worked with a group of young people from Lewisham YOS on a MakingTracks project, to write and record music for a new album, which they titled Food For Thought. This is the title track, with some painfully insightful lyrics about the devastating impact of youth violence.

It’s not necessarily the easiest of listens due to the challenging content, but sadly very relevant; we’d love to know what you think of it on our Twitter or Facebook page.
